Are you stressful? Are you struggle in your life and or your future?
Jonah 1:6 – The captain went to him and said, “How can you sleep? Get up and call on your god! Maybe he will take notice of us so that we will not perish.”
Read the book of Jonah! The Lord God called Jonah but Jonah ran from the Lord. How many times you turn your back to the call of God? Do you ever ignore Him? Jonah did. Many of the person in the Bible were called and they said, “I am only a youth”* Jeremiah 1:6-7, “I am slow at speech” *Exodus 4:10, “permit me to say good-bye to those at home” *Luke 9:61. etc… they all are not ready. But God call…you are not ready…but the call is still the same… and God want to hear from you that”I am here, send me”
When God call Jonah, Jonah run. But God still followed him, God was with him even in the middle of storm in life. God want you to turn back to him and call him in every situation of your life. Unbelievers and Jonah were about to lose their life in the sea for dangerous storm. Everyone called their gods except Jonah, because he slept. No one answered those unbelievers prayer! But when Jonah turned back to God and called Him. God was there to answer His servant Jonah, and he and his friends are saved. God want to save you and your family, friends, co-workers, classmate…it is not too late to turn back to God.
You are more than something, you are important to God. You are His image, He deposit His power in you, you can do something better. Jesus said that “he will be with you” on your journey of life. Raise up!
Do not wait until the unbeliever remind you to call your Living God! It is time to call who promised you “Call to me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mgihty things, which you know not.” Jeremiah 33:3.
Philippians 4:13 – I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.
